May those who died in the attack of Sept.11,2001 to be in god's glory always and forever. I always remembered and will remember the World Trade Center as the heart of manhattan. It's sad to remember the times of visting the twin towers, taking pictures and taking tours...I still believe the World Trade Center should be rebuilt again to keep our memories alive, to start new careers, and to feel more power no matter what happened...God bless america! I believe that the Twin Towers should be rebuilt, again. We should not fear terrorism. But terrorism should fear the Americans. Anyhow, I think that is the only way to overcome this fear. We ought to rebuild the twin towers. That is one way to show them that they did not invoked fear on us but they united us as a country, once again!

Rebuild the twin towers as a memorial to all those who perished and to all those left behind and the helpers after the rath. I visited NY for the first time and stayed in a hotel that just opened up next to where the towers were. It was a little creepy as we were one of the first ones in that establishment. NY was everything I had heard and I want to see it back again. ~D

Im really sorry when the Twin Tower collapesed and im sure that it would rebuild again.Here in the Pacific Region its quite cool to be part of it but we really sorry for what had done to the Americans that many lives have lost.

I am from Ireland and it has been my dream to visit New York City and its wonderful sites for many years. I hope that the towers will be built again.

This whole thing is about guts, faith, hope, belief and the will and strength to fight back. It's not about how hard you can hit, but it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep coming back.

Rebuilding the Twin Towers is a statement. An iconic way to define America again as the great country it used to be.

This is such a great oppurtunity for America that it would be a waste not to use it. Remember how this will look in history books, how Americans will look tough again.

When i think of New York City, the first thoughts that hit my mind are The Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Madison Sqaure Garden, and The World Trade Center. What would happen if the other buildings were destroyed? Would we rebuild them? Of course we would. That goes the same for The World Trade Center. We should rebuild them to let the terrorists know that no matter how hard you hit us, no matter how hard u put us down, we always get back up, were america, we never stay down.

Rebuilding the Twin Towers is too much important: to give a signal of continuity with the past, and to rescue a precious monument of all humanity...give back us the Twin Towers...the WTC that Yamasaki projected like a monument to men's cooperation and faith in a peaceful worldwide future...

Rebuilding the Twin Towers as before would be the American/Awesome thing to do.

No other design could ever be (or has been to date) as inspired as the original. The two towers were meant for this site.

If they aren't rebuild, it would in my eyes seem as a defeat to terror, if they are rebuild, it will signal that we have overcome it, and that we are stronger than the sick terrorists who did this think we are.

I want to visit and perhaps live in New York when I'm older, but it wouldn't be the same if the towers weren't rebuilt for when I do go there.
I'd have to visit the Empire State Building and the Chrysler building, but what I'd of really loved to of visit was the World Trade Centre.

The Towers were an icon and such a familiar and beloved profile of the cityscape, much like the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. They can ONLY be rebuilt -- never replaced.

It looks as if the city is trying to emulate dubai with that ridiculous design. New York wouldn't be New York without our original towers.

I do New York city photography and had photographed the Twins Towers as much as anybody else in the world hence my feelings for them. I very strongly feel by building them exactly the way they were would let us reclaim our city and heal wounds of the 9/11. The Towers were the gateway to USA for people coming from far and wide. They annouced their arrival to the New World!

Rising majestically into the skies they defined not just a city but a whole country! Let's bring them back.

What better signal to the world than putting the TT back where they belong, perhaps twenty feet taller.

I would love to have the towers back, not the eyesore "freedom tower"

Rebuilding the Twin Towers is very important to both the cultural and financial prosperity of our great city.

Put the Towers back! Add a floor for an appropriate memorial, but the Towers must go back. We must show that we can indeed be knocked down by a surprise attack, but we are America and we will be back, bigger and stronger than before. The Towers were chosen as targets because they typified the United States. Any 'alternative' design for the WTC will simply become the Osama bin Laden memorial. Stand firm! Rebuild the Towers!

We should rebuild them the way they were. It will show that America can prevail from hard times; it will also truly restore the New York skyline, and fill the holes in all of our hearts, whether or not we lost someone close. Besides, would you rather see two tall, proud, symbols of our freedom, or an ugly triangular slab in Lower Manhattan?

Our towers need to be rebuilt as they were...only one floor taller as a show of bravado.....
oh, and perhaps OBL's head on a pike at the top.
