The Twin Towers have been a symbol of this country for so long. We need to put our symbol back just like it was. Show the radicals, you can hit us but you can not hurt us!
Rebuild the Twin Towers exactly as they were and add one story more. This would demonstrate defiance of those who would seek to destroy our country and reaffirm not just to the rest of the world but also to ourselves our nation's commitment to the concepts of freedom, liberty and independence for all peoples.
Frankly, it’s embarrassing to me as American they haven't been rebuilt by now! It is so obvious this is the right thing to do, not just for NY and USA, but to show the rest of the world they can't knock us down. The Towers, when rebuilt, would be more popular than ever and would restore the NY skyline.
I want the Twin Towers rebuilt and stronger than the previous ones. I want them to be 2 giant middle fingers to our enemies and all those rejoiced when it happened.
The towers are so beautiful. The new plan is both costly and the current design is ugly too modern and show a flowery approach when the concrete and steel is what we need.
IF this were our grandparents generation, they would've been rebuilt in less than a year, probably even with a big target on them saying 'bring it on'. But not today...

I never understood why this wasn't the plan from the beginning. What could be a better way to show we won't be forced to change our way of living than to defiantly put the Towers back. Additionally, what could possibly be a better memorial to all those who tragically passed away in those buildings than to re-erect (sorry, not sure if that's a word) the original structures. They don't have to be on the "footprints" of the original Towers, I completely understand that that is hallowed ground
Please build the Twin Towers the same as they were, but better constructed for attacks, so nothing like this ever happens again! Rebuilding the Twin Towers will give a strong statement to our enemies! AMERICA IS STRONG AND WE WILL NOT LET THE ENEMY BRING OUR COUNTRY DOWN!!!!!!!
Currently Serving in Iraq, with 3 additional tours both here and Afghanistan. I grew up looking at the Twin Towers and their destruction drives me to do what I do. Rebuilding them is the way America can show we are not swayed by terrorists...WE WILL PREVAIL!

Rebuild them just as they were only use asbestos on the interior structure. If this had been done originally they may have made it through the September 11 attack. Lawyers
kept that from happening and lawyers are a big part of the delay in allowing the Twin
