The WTC Towers stood since the mid 60 to early 70s,been featured in many films and TV series. Which made them Historical,a staple in Manhattan. Make them a few stories taller and better,but same outer design.

I would love to see the wtc be rebuilt again because before 9/11 they symbolized america and were the focus point of nyc. Now with still nothing there and plans to build the stupid freedom tower or wtc 1 i think its time to take action and rebuild the beautiful twin towers!

I was only 10 years and I'm from the Middle East, now I remember the scene very frightening
I was child, but there is something in my heart told me that this is something bad and dangerous
Now I am 18 years old and very sad because of what happened
It was a normal working day suddenly turned into a disaster
In the eighth anniversary heard in the news that there is still Ground Zero as it is not the project ends
Discussed in the Internet and knew everything about design
And I chose to rebuild the Twin Towers
It's the best building in the world and I think that this is also what made terrorists destroy it
But do not anyone will be able to destroy life in the heart of New York City
So I found it my duty to join with you and encourage you
I'm with the Twin Towers
But we will be to see the twins towers again rise in the skies of New York high and lofty say to every terrorist
I'm back again will not be able any person to collapse me

As an American i would love to see to the beautiful towers that made New York beautiful that gave it more life, and not a tower that looks horrible compared to those towers that was brought down on that faithful day

i was in new york after the destruction and never got to see the towers. i really strongly believe that we shouldnt build something that doesnt belong there and we NEED to bring back the twin towers

As the Twin Towers fell, First Aid Squads from throughout the State of NJ were staged in the Meadowlands. Approximately fifty were taken through the Holland Tunnel and staged at Chelsea Piers. One ambulance was placed at Ground Zero's Comman Center, and it was the one I was part of the crew, "Mine Hill First Aid Squad". Captain Edna Deacon, George Morris, Lisa Alers, and myself Ronald Regen. There were no lives to save at this point, but a lot to witness.

I, along with other americans want the twin towers back, I agree with Donald Trump, the freedom tower design is the worst piece of crap design ever proposed for hallowed ground, I have maintained my idea since year 2, but my design would not be two 111 towers but rather two 120 TOWERS! I fully support your cause and pray this design will happen! lets make america, america agian, while honoring those brave firefighters, police first responders and workers who lost thier lives that day.

Not being able to look downtown and see the stable anchor of the World Trade Center Towers leaves me with a sense of loss and sadness on a daily basis.

I was only young when the twin towers fell. I now at 13 years old look at the sky line of new york and feel there is something missing from what was a beatiful sky line. I enjoy watching the programme 'friends' just to see if I can spot the twin towers in it, i am obsessed with them. they should be rebuilt.For my birthday someone bought me a picture of the sky line and i could not look at it so i told my dad to take it back to the shop. please rebuild them make america america again.

The new towers could be called the "Freedom Towers", but I think naming them the "Phoenix Towers" would also be appropriate; they would have literally risen from the ashes.
Also: I like the idea of rebuilding the Towers exactly as they were (though maybe a little taller!). I believe that to do anything else would say to the terrorists: "You've given us the opportunity to create and build something different, something new." I believe the first Towers are still something NEW.

I want to see the original twin towers rebuilt, but they should be built even bigger than they were before. The new design is ugly and stupid, and Silverstein should step down because he's done a horrible job. Why doesn't Trump buy him out and just build his twin towers proposal? I think he should if he can, he definitely has the money for it. Please rebuild the towers bigger and better! It's the best way to stick it to those bastard terrorists.

Penn & Teller' B.S. (on Showtime) dedicated one of their episodes to the rebuilding of the twin towers, it was a good episode and it made me angry that the buearacrats can't get ANYTHING done.

The Freedom Tower IS Nice And All But It Doesnt Show The Real New York Which Is Why I Want My Old Towers Back!

The Freedom Tower is ugly not as big and doesnt show the iconic symbol of America and New York. The Twin Towers fit in and were huge they proved American strength and if we rebuild we will send a message saying: Terrorist you can destroy our buildings, we will mourn, but we will rebuild

8 years what has happened to us! This is the U.S.A ! WE rebuild, we overcome, we do not argue and drag our feet and get nothing done.. We must make our voices heard! In President Bush's words the terrorists will hear from all of us soon. That is our victory!! Rebuild Our Towers!!

From the second they fell I've wanted them rebuilt the way the were. This is what we need. This is what we deserve. The Freedom Tower makes no sense.

Rebuild the towers! We do not want the "freedom tower". We want the original towers back so New York can look normal again. We have truly let Osama Bin Laden win if we don't rebuild and move on.

I think that the towers should be reconstucted as they were. Instead of 200 ft square make the 300 ft. And use all of the latest technology to make them as safe as possible. If the desire is to make them taller then so be it. It was a very sad day on 9-11 and my soul goes out to those who passed away on that day. I am from Arizona but I will never never forget what happened.

Rebuilding the WTC would not only be a great symbol, but it'd give a lot more job opporutunities to us hard-working Americans. Do it. Do it now. Do it good.
